A Vulpine View Of Common Maxims

(in 40 words)

"A bird in hand..."

I got
no
hands.

"A stitch in time..."

one
ring,
twelve crows.

fox by flock,
sleepin' on the
snow.

"Which came first...?"

church
or
stones?

good books stacked,
heavy and
black.

look quick, child,
foxy smile.

  2. Tongue in cheek, but also a few snaggletoothed bites of foxy wisdom stitched in the snow. Those &#@!$ crows--they laugh even when you're swallowing them.

  3. This is quite a profound subject for rumination:

    "Which came first...?

    church
    or
    stones?"
